Bizzydox Privacy Policy
At Bizzydox, we believe strongly in protecting the privacy of our Subscriber's personal information. This is a legal document that sets out how Bizzydox handles data which identifies you. You should read it in conjunction with the Bizzydox Terms and Conditions, of which this Privacy Policy forms part.
1. Emails and communications.
Service Emails
Bizzydox never sends unsolicited emails. But there are emails that we need to send as part of the Bizzydox service. This includes subscription reminders and useful information on site useage. The types of emails that me may send are as follows:
- Validation email – used to verify your email address when you first register
- Welcome emails – emails which notify new work-group members that they can access the Bizzydox service
- Service messages – notifications about changes to the service
- Service suspension notices
Newsletters
When registering, you may be given the option to receive our occasional newsletters. We use these to notify you about new features on the site, ask your opinion, and tell you about services you might not be using yet. Newsletters may also contain advertising from third-party companies.
2. The information we gather and track.
Information gathered on registration. When you register for the Bizzydox Service, you provide a user name and email address. They are available to you, and capable of being changed, through the “My account/profile” pages. Please update your details with relevant changes as soon as possible to ensure we have the correct information for you on your account.
Cookies
Cookies are text files containing small amounts of information which are downloaded to your device when you visit a website. Cookies are then sent back to the originating website on each subsequent visit, or to another website that recognises that cookie. Cookies are useful because they allow a website to recognise a user’s device. These cookies are essential

Category 2: performance cookies
These cookies collect information about how visitors use a website, for
instance which pages visitors go to most often, and if they get error messages from
web pages. These cookies don’t collect information that identifies a visitor. All
information these cookies collect is aggregated and therefore anonymous. It is only
used to improve how a website works.
Category 3: functionality cookies
These cookies

or the region you are in) and provide enhanced, more personal features. For instance,

Disabling cookies
Most internet browsers are automatically set up to accept cookies, but you can set your browser to refuse a cookie or ask your browser to show you where a cookie has been set up. The Bizzydox service will not function without cookies, so if you choose to refuse cookies, you will not be able to log in to Bizzydox.
3. Security ty
We have security measures in place to protect our customer database and access to this database is restricted internally. However, it remains each Member's responsibility:
- to protect against unauthorised access to Your Details;
- to ensure no-one else uses the Bizzydox Service on that Member's machine while it is "logged on" to the Bizzydox Service;
- to log off or exit from the Bizzydox Service when not using it; and
- to keep his/her password secret.
4. Disclosure for legal reasons
We reserve the right to communicate such of a Member's personal information as we hold to third parties which seek the disclosure of it, and which make a request for its disclosure with which we are obliged by law to comply.
5. Data retention period
We will retain your personal data only as long as is necessary for the purposes to which you consent under the Bizzydox Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy, or as is required by applicable law, and then we will delete it.

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy
If we change this Privacy Policy, we will notify you of the changed document in the same way as we notify changes to the Bizzydox Terms and Conditions.
